Sara Mone, MS, LPC
Providing Telehealth Therapy Across the State of Wyoming
I’m a Wyoming Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who knows firsthand what it’s like to live in a busy brain and an overworked nervous system.
I’ve been in practice for seven years and bring a calm, steady presence to some very un-calm experiences.
My work blends evidence-based therapy with nervous system awareness. EMDR is one of the primary approaches I use to help clients recover from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences.
No jargon dumps, no pretending life isn’t messy, and no pressure to have it all figured out.
Clients often say sessions feel grounding, productive, and relieving.
I listen closely, ask direct questions, and gently call out patterns that keep people stuck.
You’ll feel supported, challenged, and less alone, without being pushed faster than your nervous system can handle.
I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Sheridan, Gillette, Casper, Cheyenne, Jackson, Laramie, Cody, and all of Wyoming.
My passion for integrating EMDR, Parts Work, and nervous system regulation began through both my work with Veterans and my own healing journey. Like many of the clients I work with, I know what it's like to have a mind that never seems to slow down. As I began practicing breathwork, meditation, movement, and tapping, I experienced firsthand how powerful these tools could be in calming my nervous system. That experience transformed not only the way I cared for myself, but also the way I practice therapy today.
