Investment
Yes, therapy is an investment. So is staying stuck.
Therapy takes time, money, and emotional energy.
And when you’re already overwhelmed, burned out, or barely holding things together, that can feel like a lot.
But constantly pushing through has a cost too.
It shows up in your sleep, your relationships, your patience, your health, and that low-level stress you carry everywhere.
What you get when you invest in yourself.
Therapy gives you space to slow down and stop running on pure adrenaline.
You feel steadier, clearer, and less reactive in your day-to-day life.
Over time, things feel more manageable and a lot less heavy.
Why work with me?
I don’t believe therapy should feel like another obligation on your already-full plate.
We move at a pace your nervous system can handle, without forcing breakthroughs or digging just to dig.
This work is about real change that actually holds up in real life.
I work to keep therapy accessible. I accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as HSA/FSA cards. I also offer out-of-network superbills through Reimbursify to help with reimbursement when available. Payment options include credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA, and check.
